Race finder service

The race finder service enables unrepresented athletes to access higher quality competitions on the European circuit.

Athletes wishing to compete abroad contact HS MGMT with either a range of dates or a specific competition they wish to compete in.

HS MGMT will contact the race organiser(s) on the athletes behalf and attempt to secure an entry into the competition. HS MGMT will also look to secure accommodation and travel expenses where possible for the athlete.

Once the entry is confirmed and accepted by the athlete they will pay the race finder fee. Please note we can only assist athletes competing at a high enough standard and we cannot guarantee athletes positions in meetings. 

The race finder fee is the greater of £30 or 15% of the event purse (prize money + app fee)

If an appearance fee is successfully negotiated, or prize money is won, HS MGMT will levy a fee of 15% less the £30 race finder fee already paid.

For example, if athlete secures prize money of £300, the total commission due is £45. HS MGMT will deduct £15 from prize monies received and athlete will receive £285.
 

HS MGMT will deal with all invoicing and all payments, including any travel reimbursements, will be paid directly to HS MGMT.

 

HS MGMT will endeavour to make all payments due to the athlete within 48 hours of payment being received by HS MGMT
